Can't register on My Virgin App

So I have my Internet working in the flat but haven't got a welcome email for the information to register with My Virgin App, it was done over the phone and so I may have not gotten one for that reason.

Password reset not working

Hi I'm simply trying to login to my account to download my bills.  When I try to reset my password it doesn't allow me to.  Regardless of what new password I try, it says it's invalid.  See screenshot attached.  HELP!

Invalid password

Cant reset password, keeps saying invalid once you get to 8th character. This is clearly a glitch with virgin media as see other forum members with same problem

Hi, I cannot get to see my bill in the app, every time i click view bill it just going to help and support page. It just goes round in circles and its driving me mad.
