Cant reset password, keeps saying invalid once you get to 8th character. This is clearly a glitch with virgin media as see other forum members with same problem

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you've been having in resetting your password. 

To confirm, have you been able to test this via different web browsers?

Yes

There was an issue where it advised updating the password hadn't worked but the change had been made. Have you tried to log in with the new password?
