How do you actually speak to a person?

I can't sort my issues out with payment. Very frustrated with the service.

I changed direct debit date. Now been asked for more money immediately. Is there no online chat to sort this?

Thanks for coming back to us.

Have you got any overdue bills? If so, these will need to be paid and it's separate from changing the direct debit date. 

Changing the direct debit date will incur a pro rata billing charge, this is because you're extending the next billing date by x amount of days.

If yes to the overdue bill, you'll need to either pay online in your online account, or call our Collections team on 0345 142 4444.
