Changing the way you sign in to My Virgin Media
On 19 June I received the Email below from Virgin Media I have attempted to log i to my Virgin Media but neither the Virgin Media nor the third party Email addresses work with the password. I have tried to phone customer help but they didn't seem to know about this change. Anyone got any suggestions on how I log in to my 6 Email address? Instead of using your current email address to sign in to your account, you’ll need use your Virgin Media Mail email address. This will take effect automatically from 30/06/2025. Hi, Not an urgent one, but was a bit confused to see the app suggesting that I have 2 superhubs. Definitely only got the one, and worried that if I were ever to cancel my services that I could run into problems if the records suggest that I have more hubs than I could return. I have been a long time amount holder with virgin and currently I cannot access my virgin media account. I have a blueyonder email address that I always use to sign in. I have tried resetting password but doesn't recognise email address. Tried forgot email address and takes me to account no etc and knows I have an account. But can't access still. Any ideas? When trying to register for My Virgin Media, I cannot get past the create a password stage. I get the error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one." I have tried different browsers and deivces, and tried changing the email and password used to log in numerous time, but still can't register.
