Cannot register the account of Virgin Media

I am a new customer of Virgin Media for boardband and TV.  I tried to register the account but the system shown “Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one.”  I used different combination of passwords but it still didn’t work.  I called and Whatsapp the CS, however they could not fixed the issues and there is no reply after promising me that would resolve the issue after 5 days since 24/4.  


It is really a very very terrible experience for me to using a new service.
