New Account number not linking to My Virgin Media

I recently moved home and was told I couldn't get VM, so my account was shut down and disconnected. Subsequently I have been able to get VM and now have a new account. However when I try to log-in online or on the VM App it takes me to my old account. 

My email address received all the new account information, but now whenever I try access it only it links to my old account number and address and states I don't have an active account. 

I've tried to get this sorted via the call centre.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. 

This will be the case as the account you're logging into is linked to your old account. It's a Move and Transfer of the account that is needed.
