Freestyle contract

After switching to O2 I cant seem to find out the balance on my freestyle contract with Virgin for my mobile handset.Can anyone assist please as there seems to no provision on the app or when I log in online. Any help would be appreciated

I want to come back

I was with Virgin Mobile for over 10 years and can’t remember ever getting a scam call. In June I got moved to O2. Since then I’ve got at least one a week sometimes 2 or 3 a day. what is up that company is their security so bad?I want to come back.

hub isnt near telephone conection

my main computer is up stairs with hub , main telephone conection is downstairs , so no good , option 1 is to call virgin and tell them to disconect my main line phone im paying for , or run a cable upstairs and that aint going to happen
