Security Key

I took out an contract with Virgin which has now expired but when I go to upgrade I need to view my credit agreement along with a security key. I have the credit agreement but I've search all of my emails and can't find the security code to gain access

  • Just a quick update, I phoned the number at the bottom of the page which requests the security key, they had no clue what I was on about, phoned back through and again different person, same thing not very helpful, phoned virgin and was on hold for almost 40mins and again no where further forward

      Just to confirm you did try this number, 0345 602 4420? They are only open Monday - Friday.
