Hi I have recently moved home and my app is still showing my old account and I can’t sign in with my new account number.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue, can you confirm for us since moving house have you registered for the My Virgin media app again? You will need to do this as when you move house it creates a new account, this is different than the one you already have.

You can register for an account as usual here be sure to use a different email as well as the correct account number and site ID of this account.
