Unable to Switch to Ebilling

I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling.

The link that the paper bill includes (virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-ebilling) doesn’t work.

Can someone please assist me in moving to ebilling?

Please can you send a screenshot of what is happening please?

We have no control and can't turn this on ourself sorry.

  1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
  2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
  4. Follow the instructions on-screen. Cheers

Nowhere in any of those sub menus can I find ebilling.

Please click billing you may find it in this sub tab here.

If not I would check all them options it will be somewhere in there. Cheers

This is the only thing I have ever found related to ebilling. I changed it in June but still get a paper bill every month which costs me £1.75.

Hey @Lizzy42,

Thanks for getting back to us, I would like to have a look into this directly with you, for me to do so I will need to confirm a few things in a private message with you. If you have not used this feature before you can access via the envelope at the top of your screen.

Joe

Hi, please can you help me as well. I am in the same situation and cannot access the ability to change to online billing despite following the steps as described above and keep getting charged £1.75 a month. The option is not there. Thanks.
