Unable to Switch to Ebilling

I have been through my settings trying to switch to ebilling and all I can find is how to change how VM can contact me, but no way to switch to ebilling. 

The link that the paper bill includes (virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-ebilling) doesn’t work. 

Can someone please assist me in moving to ebilling?

I’ve tried this and it doesn’t give me an option to change to ebilling, only communication preferences, which are already set to eBills / Email / Text

I am also experiencing the same problem. Can anyone also assist me in moving to ebilling?

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with registering for E-Billing. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

I am having a similar issue. How do I suspend paper bills?

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the e-Billing you are facing.
Please read this article here and follow all the steps that come through.

If you have done all these steps and are still facing issues with e-Billing, please show the error that is coming with this.
Try to avoid posting any personal information.
