Switching to eBilling
Hi,
I need help switching to eBilling. The advice and links online all seem to be incorrect or outdated. It seems like a lot of people have the same issue.
Last month I contacted a Virgin employee through the main websites chat function and they assured me they had enabled eBilling for my account. Unfortunately nothing has changed, as I received a paper copy of my bill last week and have been charged for it again.
Please can someone assist with enabling this properly?
