Switch to ebilling

Hi, can someone sort this for me. The option to switch to ebilling in my account from the marketing and contact preference is set to Email / Text message / Phone call / Post but it doesn't seem to be taking effect on my bill and I'm still getting charged for a paper bill each month

    Thanks to Westof for PMing with me! We confirmed the details needed to get E-billing set up. It's now all sorted.
