Switch to ebilling

Hi, I would like some help switching to ebilling please.

In my account options I have my communication preference set to - eBills / Email / Text - but I recieved a paper billl in the post today.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

      Hello,

      I'm having the same problem - In my account options I have my communication preference set to - eBills / Email / Text - but I received a paper bill in the post yesterday. I tried to follow the instructions to switch to eBilling but can't find any other way to do it. Please can you help me? Many thanks

        Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your E-Billing looked into, sorry you're struggling to find out how to do it on the App ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

      I am having the same issue, I have tried as you have mentioned in the fix but just don't get any option for ebilling.

    Could you help with this please, I am having the same problem here to switch to ebilling, I have tried to follow your instructions but just don't get any option for ebilling.

      You should be able to switch to E-billing yourself via ๐Ÿ‘‰ My VM by heading to Profile > E-billing > Switch to E-billing. You can read more about the process here ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://my.virginmedia.com/discover/welcome/your-bill/ebilling.html_1

      I can see that you have raised this matter on your own thread and has since been picked up by one of my colleagues.

      Do please try to avoid duplicate posts on the same subject moving forward as this can result in multiple agents working on the same case, which can cause some confusion.

      I'll personally step aside and allow my colleague to continue working with you on this matter

  • Good afternoon. I am having the same issue (process mentioned in the link does not work, as there is no Profile  > E-billing > Switch to E-billing option). Can you please support into switching to e-billing? Thank you
