Nearing the end of the initial fixed price.

I'm coming to the end of my initial 18 month fixed price deal. Will I be getting an offer of a new fixed price deal?

If I decide to cancel, can I expect a company that uses Openreach to do all the cancellation side for me or is Virgin still not part of that scheme?

I know I can call Virgin and/or use Whatsapp but I'd prefer online chat ( Whatsapp isn't really "live" chat ). How do I access online chat?

Thanks

Hi falcon2,

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Just to clarify on this matter, for any cancellation you'd need to go through our contact options that can be found here.

Regards,

Kain

I'm sure you're aware but I'll say anyway from experience, you need to give at least 30 days' notice for the cancellation else you'll be billed (at full post-fixed deal rates) for every day until the cancellation and the refund can take up to 45 days for unused days.

Thanks for the 3 answers above. Unfortunately, for some reason, they didn't find their way to my computer until today!

I did manage to use WhatsApp with the Virgin team to get what for me, was a good deal.

The info provided by you 3 will be of use in the future and to others who may read this I'm sure.

Thanks again.
