Handset Contract payment

Hi,Hope someone can help.  I'm trying to make a payment to my handset contract, but can't find out how to do this. Spoke to advisor and they passed me to o2 who passed me back to Virgin.  Is there a way to do this?

Hi trying to find out how much is left on my virgin mobile finance and when it ends  02 want nothing to do with the query and I when I contact Virgin they ask me to phone a number that isn't in use  Terinke service every since I've been moved to 02
