Proof of purchase.

I need proof of purchase for an IPAD i got with a mobile phone deal. I have asked before and they sent me proof for the actual phone but i needed it for the IPAD. I have the Ipad and can provide any of the required informaiton but I just cant find out how to actually get what I need. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.

Did you purchase the iPad with the phone through Virgin Mobile or O2 please?

I purchased them through Virgin media. It was an iphone 11 and 2019 ipad. I dont have the phone any more but do still have the ipad.

No worries at all, just a quick one was it an ipad deal where you get the handset and ipad in one?

Or was the ipad free with the handset?

Sorry for the late reply. If I remember correctly it was a deal where I bought an iphone and added the ipad to it so I'm pretty sure the ipad wasn't free but was a little discounted.
