Why can't I get virgin media both neighbours have it?

Both neighbours have virgin media installed. But I've been told that I can't receive any services. I've contacted virgin 4 times, they were supposed to call me back. But never do. Every house on the road is listed when you check to see if you can get the service except mine.

I am sorry to hear your property is not showing as serviceable.

Hey, I have the same problem as (almost everyone else in this thread) wherein the downstairs flat and the rest of the street are wired up, and actually my phone number also says i can get virgin fiber, but the website says my flat can't. Since the forum appears to be the one place folks are getting anywhere with this issue, I'd appreciate anyone who can help me get to the bottom of this. Thanks!

I am having the same problems as everyone here. My neighbours in the flat have VM but according to the website my property is not even listed there. It would be helpful if you could PM me so I can send you the details.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're having issues taking out our services as your address is not listed on our Post Code Checker.

Can you please confirm if your address is listed on the Royal Mail Address Finder? Our system is connected to their database to ensure that all addresses are listed.
