What is the latest on status of HUB 5 supply for existing customers?
About 2+ years ago there was an announcement "we’ll be offering this to customers at no extra cost as part of a phased rollout" - "existing customers with a 1gig package would be contacted" . It seems to have been a fob off as all that happens now is "the HUB 4 is OK for your package" >2 years is along time even by Virgin Media (Liberty Global) standards.

Just as bad, even worse really as it's impossible to get the speed advertised!
To be fair Carl, many of the FTTP suppliers do tend to advertise 900 Mb/s speeds for their ‘normal’ tariffs.

depends on their wording though. But, yes technically its not as sold otherwise. Law is interpretation and what is "expected"; crucially wording plays a part here. The reputable one say 900mbs or 940mbps....

You're not a new customer so you're bottom of their priority list.

"priority list" 🤣🤣🤣
Sorry I don't think VM know what priority or 1Gig means.
