Hi
I spoke to an advisor on the 16th June and they said they had ordered a pod to be sent out to me and it would take between 5-7 days to arrive.
It is now the 7th day and I've heard nothing and received nothing!
I'd be grateful to hear back from Virgin with an update please.

You should be able to track if it's on it's way by signing in to My Virgin Media here: My VM.
Once you log in scroll down to Orders & appointments then click on View your orders. You can also view this in the My VM app.
