I am an existing O2 customer and I am trying to order the boosters which I am liable to under the Volt package. My WiFi hub only gives strong signal to 50% of my home and so I’d really like to order one if not two boosters. I have been unable to speak to someone about this though, and each time I do the scan it just asks me to upgrade my package? I would really appreciate if someone from the Virgin team could contact me regarding this! Thanks

Really sorry to hear you've not been able to speak to anyone regarding your WiFi concern and request for boosters.
What speeds are you seeing when you run the checks on the connect app or over the Sam Knows real speed through a WiFi connection?
Ensure you're connected to the home network and have no VPN enabled when running the tests. Post you're results here and we can assist further.
