Hi,
I have tried contacting VM through phone, and website, however cannot get through to speak to an actual person regarding this and keep getting directed around the website to dead ends.
We have a couple of wifi black-spots in the house and as I am registered with Volt, would like to request a couple of wifi pods. I have used the VM connect app to identify these areas, however there is no way of ordering the free pods as described, without going through the wifi-max upgrade.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can order the pods that should be part of my volt package please?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of the WIFi issues. You'd need to go through the WiFi Max as this gets added when you get a Pod 🙂
Please follow the steps and if a pod needed, you should be able to place an order.
