Volt benefits not applied

The first of our three mobiles transferred to O2 on 6 June (the other 2 were out of the country on that date and you have since supplied o2 sims). In theory, then, the 14 days to apply Volt benefits has passed, but the broadband uplift has not been applied, and the o2 Volt benefits are also missing! Can you assist?

Hi @mikefraser thanks for your post here, although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised about your failed Volt boosts.

What you need to do, is now you're an O2 customer is to register (or sign in) to your My O2 app, and select Apply Benefits.

Once you've done this, it can take up to 14 days for the boosts to be applied. Can you please try this and let us know how you get on?

OK, thanks, I've eventually found that button, cunningly disguised behind a different heading, and it quotes 6 days for benefits to be applied, so we shall see!
