WiFi pod needed

Hi I am volt M250 customer. I have scanned with connect app and need pod as third bedroom only has 26mbps download speed. There is a lot of buffering and this disrupts my daughter’s studies greatly. I should be able to get a pod for free as a volt customer but in app it says I need to activate WiFi max. Please can someone send me pod asap .

Hi suk1,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

That is correct, you will need to activate WiFi max to order the pod.

If you are on Volt there will be no extra charge for this.
