Resolved! Cancel O2 sim and Keep VM deal

Got an email stating I can cancel the O2 sim and Virgin media due to the recent price increase. Can I cancel only the O2 sim and keep my current VM deal which expires in October?

not received my Volt benefits

I registered for Volt a month or so ago.The benefits have been applied to my 02 but i have not received my speed boost or any other virgin media benefits including the 3 WiFi Pods.Could someone at Virgin please progress?ThanksBrian

Reneging

Hi,VM refuse to stand by their order number  and contract emails. Beware if you have received the same, when contacting sales team the will try and sell you a more expensive product with less features.Next point of call is the Ombudsman.

Hello,I recently was able to sort my latest VM contract thanks to advice from the Forum Team.I was already a Volt customer so still get the double BB speed boost and currently I get double data for our o2 Sim only cards (bringing us both up to 10GB)....

Homeworks - What is it and will I be charged?

We recently upgraded from Ultimate Oomph to Ultimate Volt reveals that we also have Homeworks alongside the one gig broadband.What is it as I don't recall Homeworks being mentioned during the call with the offer to upgrade and will I be charged?
