Volt benefits not applied

Hi,

My virgin media broadband has been in for a month now and we just paid our first bill.

I have registered and received my volt benefits on myO2 however I have not received the broadband increase on virgin media’s side. The engineer said 14 days for it to apply when he installed the internet.

I am on a 500mbps package and am expecting a 1gbps package from the volt benefits.
