Volt benefits not applied
Good Afternoon,
I signed up to an o2 sim only deal 4 weeks ago and i am still awaiting Volt benefits to be applied to my Virgin Media.
o2 have today finally added the double data to my mobile account after giving them a nudge, but i would now like the speed boost to be applied to my Virgin Media account.
Please could somebody point me in the right direction as Virgin CS are saying that i'm not eligible for the benefits.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with getting the speed boost added to your broadband.
I'd like to investigate this for you and get the team to apply this.
