Volt benefit not applied

My son joined 02 2 weeks ago his contract is registered at my house, he got dbl data but my fibre volt benefit has not been applied please can you advise me how to get this activated.

    AIUI the phone and broadband must be on the same account.

      A family member registered at same address gives you volt benefit of higher speed on fibre and double data on mobile package

      im still waiting for my Volt double data after more than six weeks?

        Double data is something that is provided by O2. We're not able to activate this for you via VM. You should be able to activate this via your O2 online account directly. If you have issues doing this, you would need to reach out to O2 directly. You can find their contact options here.
