Volt benefits not applied
good evening,
I was an existing 02 and Virgin Media customer and activated my volt benefits in My 02 a couple of months ago.
The benefits have been applied to my 02 but i have not received my speed boost or any other virgin media benefits. I did have an issue where my 02 showed my old address but i have updated it in 02 and now the address matches for my 02 and my virgin media.
any help appreciated
