Volt Benefits Not Applied

My M500 broadband was activated on Sat 5th July and my O2 and VM accounts have matching emails and street addresses. The volt webpages say that my data and speed boats will be automatically applied with 14 days but nothing so far. 

Since it's not been automatic is there anything that can be done to give it a bit of a nudge

    We're sorry to hear of the Volt benefits seemingly not being added to your Virgin Media services, with them being active on your O2 service.
