Waiting for an O2 SIM

Joining in

I have just started a Vokt account, and while Virgin broadband and landline went ahead easily, I have been waiting almost a month for an O2 SIM

The chat bot at Virgin told me as its an O2 sim to contact O2.

I tried speaking to O2, but they can’t help me as I don’t have an order number or a mobile number, so go back to Virgin 

Can I actually speak to anyone to resolve this?

Sorry to see that you've been having issues with the O2 sim being arranged, I can certainly understand the frustration.

I've checked our system and can see you've spoken with the team since posting this. Were they able to help arrange the sim? If not, please let us know, we're always happy to help.
