Mobile Switched to o2 but no Broadband Change

Hi,

My virgin mobile account switched to O2 about 3 weeks a go. The Volt benefits are live on theO2  app but my home broadband hasn't switched from M250 to the next level. I power cycled it yesterday to see if the config changed but it hasn't?

I appreciate that 3 mods have looked at this but I'm no further forward than I was 2 weeks ago. Can any of you advise what the issue is please?

My Volt broadband speed increase has now been implemented, though I think it may have been prompted by my finding (and processing) the link on this page - https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/viewbenefits?

My speed upgrade has now happened and the Volt bolt on is showing in the O2 app.
