I have had the Volt Gig1 + landline package from VM since 2022 and with the rises coming in April coupled with the fact that Open Reach are busily laying fibre optic cable in my area I decided to look at when my present VM contract ends.
On my contract there is a start date of 27th January 2022 and a change date of 30th May 2023 I can see my Package details of Volt Gig1 Fibre Broadband + Virgin phone but no end date of contract, all it says is on a line at the bottom which states "Remaining minimum period 2 Months". Does this mean I can leave in two months or what exactly does it mean as if I do decide to leave I don't want to pay an early disconnection fee. Do not understand why they do not just state a contract end date?.

Thanks for reaching out to us @saltyseadog, and welcome back to our Community Forums.
Can you please confirm if you have since been able to find the answer to this, with the help provided by @Hosay299?
If the start date of the contract states 27/01/22, it's likely that this expired 18 months later, which takes you to 27/07/23.
In the rare occasions we have offered a 24 month contract, and with the knowledge of our billing in advance, your most recent bill would offer you an inflated price, which would likely be priced at the post discount price, plus previously issued price increase.
