I am so sorry to hear you have cancelled your service with us but to confirm it can take up to 45 days for the cheque refund to arrive after the disconnection has taken place. Re: NTLWORLD email no longer working We are so sorry to hear that this has happened lee4132 if you do not have an active account with us the we would not be able to reinstate the address. We do advise of the removal of email addresses once you have cancelled your services with us which you can view in the Terms and Conditions of your contract or online here. We do advise this will happen after 90 days but there can be longer. If the account is in your Husbands name we are a little limited on how we can assist as we would need to speak directly to the named account holder.
