I have issues with slow internet in a room in my house.
Steps taken carried out scan on connect app that confirms this
‘Your WIFI strength is poor. A WIFI pod can solve this issue & improve your connection’
Clicked on the link that takes me to internet Our Wifi Guarantee page.
If I sign in on that page it take me to my page latest offers bills etc

We can see already that you’ve done a home scan using the connect app, - click on the link takes me to Sign in to change my package??
I have already a Volt contract it seems like whenever you want something from Virgin apart from an upgrade or to part with more cash there is a fault. I’ve cleared cache tried everything wasted hour on this and eventually after pressing all the links is -

Sorry it's not on better terms though, with the trouble you have been having trying to get a Pod arranged online.
