Maybe someone could have a word with whoever controls the TV box guide then, as it lists that episode (S01E01) as being a re-showing of the one from 1981 titled "Picking It Up".🤔 Maybe it would have been better for the production company had they given it a new title? I assume there isn't a VM member of staff hidden away in a dark room somewhere, typing in the information contained in the guide, it being supplied as some sort of file that is "pasted" in. I'm just about to update my A/V kit, and part of that will be the interconnections. As the soundbar will be using the eARC socket on the TV, I thought I'd stick with optical from TV to AVR. As optical can only carry DD not DD+ etc, I thought I'd check, and the info for the audio stream on V6 channels just states " English - Dolby Audio". Does anyone know what version of Dolby? Thanks. It doesn't matter where it's from, new contacts, "news letters", notices, everything. NTLWorld address, working (almost) perfectly for more years than I care to contemplate. Although I access emails via a mobile 'phone app normally, even if I go to the VM site from a browser, there they are. Re: Latest update for TV 360 (update 5.02) The pixelation issue isn't a 360 thing, we've got the same with our V6 box. I noticed it most during a recording of last week's HIG(a bit more)NFY. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 I've said it before, and I'll say it again, in this age of communication (and social media), and Virgin Media being in that very business, why doesn't someone post on their FaceBook account, a message about any problems that the company in general are having? Instead of a long stream of adverts, a simple "Sorry, we are experiencing problems with our email system. We're trying hard to fix it, so please bear with us. We know how frustrating it is, not having the ability to send and receive emails and apologize for not being able to provide the service at the moment." Lutz Schüler
