I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your mobile phone, can I ask if you have recently moved to us or if this is a preexisting SIM with us that has just migrated to O2?

I am so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your mobile phone, can I ask if you have recently moved to us or if this is a preexisting SIM with us that has just migrated to O2? 

I was with Virgin mobile and Virgin moved my contract over to O2. I received a new sim with a new number and went through the process of retaining my virgin number on the new O2 SIM. Now I can't receive calls or texts on my phione. O2 have said for 4 days in a row that they are sorting it out but nothing has changed up to now.

@mji2623 As you are now on O2 the staff here have no access to your account 

Ask on the O2 Community site.

Are you able to try an reboot the handset for us and see if things are looking better after?
