Hi, I am unable to get my landline working,I have tried all the steps recommended in your help loop. And it's still not working, I would like to somehow have someone come over or at least your end check it for me. I have considered cancelling my account with yourselves as this has happened a few times in the past. I am an elderly pensioner so not sure on most of the instructions so I rely on friends and neighbours who are tech savvy and they couldn't fix it using your instructions. The service status says there's no issues in my area too. I also tried phoning but they were no help and gave me false information, to dial 150 then my landline which did nothing.
