Landline cannot receive calls
Hi,
I am having problems with the landline phone. There is no ring tone, but I seem to be able to call out. However, I cannot receive calls at all.
I have run the VM service checker, which says the the phone is OK, but says there are possible broadband and TV issues.
I have also checked the HUB status overview, which says everything is OK (including broadband and TV issues).
I have also checked all connections, rebooted and reset the HUB, but with no effect.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, and apologies for not coming back sooner. The issue was resolved when the broadband fault according to the VM service checker was fully resolved.
