Hi, my virgin media connect app keeps trying to find my hub and then says hub not found, if uninstalled app and reinstalled app and it's the hub3 I'm using, can anyone assist?Thanks  

O2 migration

I have had letters confirming my date to switch, as of 14 June. I will be overseas on that date. Will the switch be affected in any way? If so can I get the date changed to after 17 June?

Can't make or receive calls

My phone says no network coverage when trying to make calls. I can't send text messages. I can't call virgin to report the issue either.I've tried all troubleshooting but nothing works. Coverage checker complete and all fine. Please help

Resolved! Unable to receive calls

For the last two days I have not been able to receive any mobile phone calls. When calling my number there is a long pause then it rings engaged. I am able to make calls. Does anyone else have the same issue?

No signal!

Transferred to virgin on SIM only last week keeping my phone number. Everything appeared to have gone smoothly and I have been using my phone as expected for the last week. Today however I appear to have lost all service! Can this please be rectified...

poor signal since O2 swap over
