Hi, I also seem to be having difficulty getting the correct account number.  I used the number that is shown on my direct debit payment but it says it does not recognise it.  Any suggestions?

The account number will be located on your contract and also on your welcome communications. You might find that this is shown by beginning with the area code number. The account number itself is without the area code included if you're seeing this.
