Area Reference code

There seem to be a lot of queries from people asking for their area code in order to complete the process of linking the O2 ID to the Virgin Media account. I have the same problem - I signed up in October and have had no email or paperwork giving this information, so I cannot get access to my Virgin account. Please advise my area reference ASAP so I can complete this process. Why can't you publish a full list so people can find the code themselves, or change the form to get people to enter their postcode? It is obviously based on address/postcode. My postcode is C V7 9PP

    Replied to myNo further action required, although my comment still stands about why they don't publish the list of area codes.

      I’m having the same issue, I can’t find the area code on any of my bills or welcome packs. My postcode is LL26 0BL, can you help at all?

        The area reference appears on each billing email as indicated in the above screenshot.
