Credit agreement

Hello,

I need some help retrieving my security key and loan agreement number. 

I received a message from virgin months ago to say I had finished paying my contract and now my credit score account is saying that I have missed payments with virgin so need to log in to check but don’t have the details anymore. Could someone help please
