Credit Agreement
Hi
I'm hoping someone may be able to help?
I was with Virgin Mobile for Years & purchased a number of phones through credit agreements.
I would like to see how long I have left on my current agreement but am unable to find the contract nor the emails I was sent.
I have tried contacting O2 but they can't help - I then tried the chat option on Virgin Media but that didn't get me anywhere.......
Do I have any other options - Is it possible to actually speak to someone who may be able to help?

Welcome back to our community forums and thank you for your first post. Sorry to hear you are struggling to see how long you have left on a contract agreement. Generally, you should be able to access your agreement here To log in, all the relevant information can be found via an email we sent when you first signed up. It will have come from YourAccount@virginmedia.co.uk with the subject lines: 'IMPORTANT – Your new credit agreement from Virgin Media' and 'IMPORTANT – Your password from Virgin Media'.
