Change address credit agreement
I need to update my address on my virgin mobile credit agreement. I contacted Virgin over a month ago and was sent a “change of details” form. I’ve completed the form twice and there has been no response and no update on my account. I have also raised a complaint with Virgin which has gone unanswered within 28 days.
Can someone advise how to change my address, this is becoming extremely frustrating for such a simple thing
