Problems with toppiong up O2 pay as you go

Is anyone else having problems with the Os website?

I can login to my O2 pay-as-you-go account OK, but it is "unable to display" my credit and, when I try to top this up anyway, it displays the message "unable to accept payment".

I've tried to pay with more than one credit card, and have used Chrome and Edge browsers, all with the same result.

    Forget about topping up online and just get a voucher from anywhere you see the green top-up logo. I buy from my local sub-post office as I like to support physical shops if I can.

    To top up you call 4444 free from your O2 mobile and follow the prompts to enter your 16-digit voucher code.
