Mobile number stopped working and o2 can not find any of my details

I have been logged out of all of my whatsapps and more and have zero access to my mobile number 
the sim wont even register or work inside of a mobile other than it recognising the sim card is virgin 

I have been back and forth with O2 for hours and they have no data on me whatsoever and say none of my details have been passed to them yet I have been using this number for around 6 years 

I cant log in or get any help using your sites and when checking status of the number it is saying it is still connected to virgin mobile 

I cant receive SMS to confirm any details on anything to get any help either 
this was a sim only contract number

When did it stop working, is this a pay monthly Sim?

So this was a pay monthly sim and it stopped working as of Friday just gone 

So I can get a colleague to check the number, I will invite you into a private chat, please look out for a white envelope to join.
