complaint - no SkySports Mix

since aug 23  we have had no skysports mix, every other channel is fine, attempted to contact virgin through land line, no good as only options are all about paying the bill. go on line and chat to a person,  on average on hold for 4 to 5 hours each ...

Any help for Tivo2 box without remote?

I've given up on my remote and ordered a new one online. While it comes are there instructions anywhere for how to use the Tivo2 box without one. I can navigate the menu but not stop/pause/play/forward/rewind when watching anything. Ideas? I have no ...

Hi Japitts - not OP but you seem to know this stuff.If I have a TIVO box which is 9 years old and is unbearably slow, i.e menus take 30 seconds per push.  Would this be considered a fault and then get an upgrade?

Resolved! TV channels not loading today on Tivo or V6
