TiVo box reboot every time I use it

What’s the best way with out phoning to get a replacement box ? I have to reboot virtually every time I use it and can’t play back recordings as it just pixels sound lost ,any help be appreciated Carl

Sky sports red button

Hi, I’ve recently noticed I’m not able to access the ‘sky sports red button’ when watching the football on sky sports. Does anyone know how to rectify this? As I’ve paid for sky sports so should get the access to it! Thanks.

I am on V6 at the moment, but there is a deal am considering but it says V360.Would it be wise to change to V360 and if I do is there much difference and is it any better or not
