If it is a TIVO you can take it to the nearest recycling point or send it back and we can recycle this, if it is a V6 you can return it to us. Any packaging can be obtained here along with recycling 👉 Returns & Recycling.

A follow up question

if upgrading, can you keep the old TiVo box to access the recordings on it?

This is the reason I havent upgraded boxes (still watching recordings)
